With tradition and a passion for flying, our mission is to provide top-tier training and support for everyone who wants to experience the calm yet challenging flight of a glider.
Training is carried out at the Training Centre approved by the Civil Aviation Agency, with both a beginner and an advanced programme.
For gliding we operate tug aircraft along with gliders for both training and sport.
The first gliding attempts in Macedonia date back to 1936 and were made by students of the Skopje boys' grammar school. They flew a "Tsiling" glider, built from plans that members of the Skopje aviation society sourced themselves.
In the years just before WWII, gliding became very popular in Skopje, a tradition that lives on today at the gliders' Training Centre.
